HERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

It all starts with a commission inquiry you've sent to understand what you're looking for. I'll respond with a estimated price, timeline, and questions. You can then pay a deposit to secure your spot in my queue.

When it's your turn, I'll create sketch options for your review. We can make adjustments until it's perfect.
at this time, the payment invoice will be send

Once your direction’s locked in, I'm start rendering and the commission process begins (color, rendering,etc.)
every progress point will send for the updates and feedback

After feedback and refinements, I deliver the final art via email / Google Drive.HERE YOU GET
4k+ resolution artwork and a lower version for public post

I’m Mira, also known as Minemir.My art journey began from simple curiosity: sketching, exploring ideas, and slowly discovering my style. Over time, that personal work grew into commissioned projects, where people trust me with their ideas.I love capturing emotions, atmosphere, and the stories that live inside a character. I focused on drawing fantasy illustrations and portraits for personal use, commercial work, and book covers. I’m also open to new creative opportunities.Thanks for being here. Terms of Service

✦ Payment

  • Payment via PayPal invoices.

  • Prices listed are base prices and may increase depending on complexity (details, props, characters, background, etc.)
    as you can see here additional fee

  • Payments are non-refundable once the commission has started or if I can't work on your commission.

  • (optional) deposit-based commissions: A 50$ non-refundable flat deposit to secure the slot.

✦ Estimated work time

  • Finishing a commission may take from 2 weeks to 2 months after the sketch has been approved, depending on the complexity and workload at the moment.   (Progress can be tracked on Trello Board.)

✦ Revisions

  • Revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.

  • Once the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments can be made.

  • Major changes after approval may require an additional fee.

✦ Copyright and Usage

  • Copyright retained by me, the artist, for any commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes.

You (the client/commissioner):

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless otherwise.

  • Use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.

  • Retain the rights to their character(s), but not to the artwork itself.

  • You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any form of blockchain-related projects.
