Portrait of your character to middle of chest. Simple background is free.

Rendered half body is to waist/ mid thighs. Simple background is free.

Full Body  280$+

Rendered full body has the character shown in full. Simple background is free.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • All commissioned work is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, claimed, traced, or sold in any form.

  • The prices set on my price list are starting prices that can and will be raised based on character & background complexity. Extra items and designing will increase the price.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

  • For commercial projects, please contact me for further discussion.

Payment

  • Payment is primarily via PayPal invoice.

  • Full payment upfront is required, but for commissions totaling over $500, partial payment may be requested.   (Partial payment: 50% upfront after the sketch is approved, and the remaining 50% must be paid on before final progress.)

  • No refund after payment received

Cancellation

  • If the Client cancels the commission, all payments made by the Client to the Artist will not be refunded, and the Artist has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party.

  • If the Artist cancels the commission, the Artist is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client, and the Artist is prohibited from providing the use of the commissioned artwork to any party.

Revisions and edits

  • You can request the revisions only during the sketch approval period.

  • Minor adjustments (colors, adding/subtracting/adjusting small details) are free.

  • Major adjustments after the sketch (regarding pose, composition, and perspective) that are requested after the sketch has been approved, will not be accepted.

Updates, Communication & Delivery

  • Finishing a commission may take from 2 weeks to 2 months after the sketch has been approved, depending on the complexity and workload at the moment.  (Progress can be tracked on a Trello Board.)

  • Regular email updates will be sent at each stage of the commission progress, and client approval is required to continue.

  • Any deadlines must be communicated and agreed upon before starting a commission, and tight deadlines will incur additional charges.

  • You will get a full-resolution PNG file (approx. 4000px at 300 DPI) of the final drawing and a smaller 72DPI version for internet upload. All completed pieces will be delivered via email / Google Drive.

Copyright and Usage

Copyright is retained by me; the artist, for any commissioned artwork. The commissioned artworks are for personal use only — Reproduction or sale of the commissioned work is not permitted.If the client wishes to purchase the rights of the piece for commercial use, this must be stated at the beginning of the inquiry.All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolios. (It is possible to ask for the commission to be posted at a later date)

You (the client/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website/social channels, as well as print the artwork for yourself as a physical print.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork in anything related to crypto art/NFTs, and using the artwork as an AI prompt is forbidden.

By ordering a commission from me you automatically agree with my Terms and Conditions.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Upon receiving your commission request email, I will confirm whether I accept or decline the commission.

If the commission is accepted:

  • I will provide a price estimate based on the details provided. If you accept it, I will put you on the waitlist.

  • When it is your turn, I will make a sketch and send it to you. We will be able to discuss all necessary changes and the final price (if there are no significant changes, the price remains the same as the initial estimate).

  • I will send you the payment info/invoice.

  • Once the sketch is approved and I receive the payment, the next stage of the commission will begin. (Colors, rendering, etc.).

  • The completed commissions will be delivered via email / Google Drive.
